Concrete & Cement
ADBRI: every drum turn on the record
ADBRI, now part of CRH, runs agitator and bulk tanker fleets where the truck and the drum both earn their keep. Netcorp360 reads both — so fuel tax credits are claimed on verified hours and emissions are reported from fuel actually burned.

The challenge
Concrete has a clock on it from the moment it's batched, and an agitator's drum burns fuel whether the truck is moving or not. Fuel Tax Credits on that off-road use are only as good as the evidence behind them, and apportionment estimates invite questions.
At the same time, mandatory climate disclosure means emissions figures now have to survive assurance. Distance multiplied by an emissions factor doesn't. And it all has to work in batch-plant dust, heat and vibration.
How we rolled it out
Stage 1
Fit
CAN-integrated devices installed by Netcorp technicians, scheduled around pours and plant hours.
Stage 2
Integrate the drum
Drum rotation, PTO and auxiliary engine hours captured as separate signals, with MCS drum control integration.
Stage 3
Report
FTC, emissions and utilisation reports scheduled to the people who sign them off.
What we deployed
CAN telematics
Engine, fuel, AdBlue, fault codes and engine hours read straight from the vehicle, with odometer reported from both CAN and GPS.
Drum & auxiliary utilisation
Drum and PTO hours reported separately from vehicle hours, so plant utilisation and road use are never blended.
FTC & emissions reporting
Credits claimed from verified usage, and emissions calculated from CAN Total Fuel Used by fuel type — a measured figure, not an estimate.
Hardware built for the yard
IP67, vibration-tested devices proven in concrete trucks, with store-and-forward for sites beyond coverage.
