Free NHVR-Approved EWD for Your Fleet
Netcorp built its own NHVR-approved Electronic Work Diary and provides it to Australian operators at no cost — no subscription and no per-driver fee. Drivers record work and rest time in the app; you manage drivers, record keepers and fatigue records from the operator portal.
Using it across your fleet
An operator account holds your organisation, its users and the drivers attached to it. Drivers use the app; the portal is where the fleet side is administered.
Operator portal
Your organisation's EWD account. Maintain your operator details, add and remove users, see the drivers attached to the account, and generate compliance reports from the shifts your drivers have submitted.
Record Keeper role
A role you assign in the portal to the people responsible for holding and producing driver records. Record keepers see each driver's current work and rest position rather than having to wait for a diary to come back from the vehicle.
Driver invitations
Drivers are invited to your operator account rather than registering separately, so their records sit under your organisation from their first shift. Entries are time-stamped, every edit requires a comment, and submitted shifts are locked.
