1. Service Description
Netcorp provides GPS tracking, telematics, fleet management and managed IT services to Australian businesses. These terms govern your use of the Netcorp platform, hardware devices and related services. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Netcorp's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Australian laws. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data belonging to Netcorp or other users.
3. Payment Terms
Fees for Netcorp's products and services are as quoted or agreed in your service agreement. Invoices are payable within the terms specified. Netcorp reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after providing reasonable notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Netcorp's platform, software, hardware designs and documentation remains the property of Netcorp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our products and services for the duration of your agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netcorp's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Netcorp is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Netcorp may also terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
