Yes. The platform supports private mode for vehicles with mixed business and private use — drivers can switch the tracker to private status for personal trips, which appear in reports as private (location withheld but distance logged for FBT purposes). This is fully ATO-compliant.

Yes. Netcorp reconciles fuel card transactions against the GPS location of the vehicle at the time of the swipe — so any mismatch (card used at a station the vehicle wasn't at, or litres greater than the tank capacity) is flagged automatically. We support Shell Card, BP Plus, Caltex StarCard, AmpolCard, 7-Eleven Fuel and EG Australia via CSV upload or direct provider feeds. Fuel data rolls into the same dashboards as your trip and driver reports — no separate spreadsheet, no manual joining.
